Kairion Reporting
Intro

The Kairion Reporting is your central hub for keeping track of the performance of your retail media campaigns on a daily and transparent basis.

This guide shows you the basics of how to use it – with a focus on filtering your reports and exporting the data.
This way, you can quickly and easily find the data you need for presentations, analyses, or internal filing.

The reporting structure generally distinguishes between
Onsite and Offsite products.*

Each structure includes a quick overview of the relevant delivery information (Overview), as well as an overview of all booking parameters (Setup).
In the „Reporting“ tab, you have the option to export your campaigns‘ delivery data as Excel file.
In the following, we go into detail on the individual subpages.

The Overview gives you a quick summary of all relevant delivery KPIs in a dashboard.
At the top of the page, you can flexibly filter the data by campaign and date.
The KPIs below automatically adjust to your selection.
To reset the filters, there is a „Clear selection“ option in the top-right area of the respective filter.

Filter Area A – Campaign level

Booking No. (Brand):Filter by the Kairion booking number.
The Booing number is typically assigned by brand
Cluster:At least one cluster is assigned to each booking number. The clusters differentiate, for example, the Kairion products or banner tests from one another.
Line Item:At least one line item is assigned to each cluster. The line item is an additional hierarchy level that can, for example, provide a monthly separation within a cluster..

Filter Area B – Date

Date Range:By selecting a specific start and end date, the period under review can be set flexibly.
Relative Date:Alternatively, the „Relative Date“ function can be used to get an overview of the performance data for a predefined period (previous month/year, etc.) with a single click.

In the „Setup“ tab, you get an overview of all relevant booking information for your campaigns.
This includes campaign durations and budgets, as well as the respective CPM and the delivery status as a percentage.

In addition, you can transparently track unspent budgets of expired clusters („OPEN BUDGET“) and get a quick overview of the booked budgets at the brand level.

In the reporting area, we provide you with the delivery data of your booked campaigns transparently and up to date.
By default, you have the option to export the data either at cluster level in aggregated form or on a
daily basis in detail. You select the respective reporting via the corresponding tab in the menu:

In the Cluster Reporting, all relevant performance data is displayed at cluster level.
The reporting gives you a quick overview of your delivery figures within the defined campaign period.
The data is filtered analogously to the Overview dashboard via the filter area at the top of the page, and is divided into filtering the campaign (Filter Area A) and the subsequent filtering of the period under review (Filter Area B). To reset the filters, there is a „Clear selection“ option in the top-right area of the respective filter.

In the lower area of the dashboard, you will find the Cluster Reporting, which adapts to the filters you have selected.
To export the reporting for your records, please click the three dots at the top-right edge of the table and click „Export data“. You can then save the table as Excel in your Downloads folder using the „Export data in current layout“ function and use it for the analysis of your booked Kairion campaigns.

Compared to the cluster reporting, the daily reporting gives you a more detailed overview of your campaign performance on a daily basis.
The underlying filters work in the same way as in the cluster reporting and define the table in the lower section of the dashboard.

The table view can be flexibly filtered by column in the browser. Simply click directly on the top of the column you want to filter by, and the rows will adjust automatically.“

The daily reporting figures are particularly useful for detailed campaign analysis in Excel.
To export the reporting for your records, please click the three dots at the top-right edge of the table and click „Export data“. You can then save the table as Excel in your Downloads folder using the „Export data in current layout“ function and use it for the analysis of your booked Kairion campaigns.
